摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an opening device of lump coke bunker, which obtains such effects as improvement of productivity, prevention of safety accident and easiness of facility maintenance and repairing according to discharge of lump coke by automatically collapsing a coke tunnel through shaking of air guns, thereby solving coke discharge defects due to formation of the tunnel. CONSTITUTION: The opening device of lump coke bunker comprises a load cell disposed on a lower part of a conveyor belt(32) for transferring lump coke(24) discharged; a plurality of air guns(40) equipped with a backflow prevention valve opened and closed according to a detection signal of the load cell and arranged with being movably extended downward by passing through an upper plate(22) of a lump coke bunker(20); and an air tank(50) which is connected to the air guns by a hose, and in which high pressure air is stored.
