PURPOSE: A capsule type moving apparatus with built in camera is provided for a doctor to quickly perform endoscopy internal organs of a patient. CONSTITUTION: A capsule type moving apparatus comprises a main body(34) having a capsule type outer appearance, and a space formed therein; a power motor(36) fixed in the main body; a power motor shaft protruded outward from the main body; and a forward and rearward moving unit(70) coupled to a front end of the power motor shaft, in such a manner that the forward and rearward moving unit moves the main body by applying moving forces to the front and rear of the main body. The forward and rearward moving unit includes a center rotating member(80) coupled to the power motor shaft in the outside of the main body; and circumferential rotating members(90) arranged on a circumferential surface of the center rotating member such that the circumferential rotating members rotate together with the center rotation member.
