PURPOSE: A method of making cold noodles, noodles and rice cake containing ginseng leaf powder and bean leaf powder by grinding leaves and bean leaves, mixing with wheat flour or rice flour and then extruding is provided. The product has efficacy of ginseng and vegetable protein of beans. CONSTITUTION: Ginseng leaves and bean leaves are dried and then ground. A mixture of ginseng leaf powder and bean leaf powder in a ratio of 2% and 4% is added with wheat flour, kneaded with water at 70 to 90deg.C and extruded into the shape of noodles. The mixture of ginseng leaf powder and bean leaf powder is added with rice flour, kneaded with water, steamed at 95deg.C or more and extruded into a predetermined shape to give rice cake. |
