PURPOSE: A cooker coated by active carbon is provided to remove smell from fish or meat or harmful material, to keep food fresh, and to sterilize food by applying active carbon from the coating layer to food during cooking. CONSTITUTION: A fluoric resin coating layer(20) is formed inside a cooker(10), and composed of charcoal powder as active carbon powder. Charcoal is crushed, and manufactured into powder of 400 to 4000 mesh. Fluoric coating material is composed of polytetrafluoroethylene of 58 to 62 %, octyl phenoxypolyethoxyethanol of 0 to 5 %, nonyl phenoxypolyethoxyethanol of 0 to 5 %, water of 33 to 40 %, and ammonium perfluorooctanoate of less than 0.5 %. The fluoric resin coating material is mixed with active carbon powder of 5 to 8 %. The coating material mixture is agitated evenly, and injected to the inside of the cooker. The inside of the cooker is coated by the coating material mixture, and dried and sintered.
