PURPOSE: A wireless receiving device of a mobile communication cellular phone and a method are provided to wirelessly realize an interval between a cellular phone and a receiving sensor, in order to exclude a crosstalk probability to the maximum, thereby guaranteeing a free activity of a user who wears the receiving sensor, without inserting a new function. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter comprises as follows. A bell signal detector senses a receiving signal of a cellular phone. A signal processor sets an intrinsic ID value from the receiving signal, and generates a frequency. A wireless signal transmitter transmits the generated frequency. A receiver comprises as follows. A wireless signal receiver senses the frequency transmitted from the transmitter. A wireless frequency receiver confirms the intrinsic ID value from the sensed frequency. A signal processor modulates the frequency to operate. A driver informs that a signal is received with the modulated frequency.
