PURPOSE: A door open/shut device of a portable disk reproducing apparatus is provided to guide a holder for connecting and disconnecting a door at guide legs for giving elastic restoring forces to an open button, and to move another guide projection along a guide hole, thereby exactly moving the holder all the time. CONSTITUTION: A locker(32) comprises a locking slot(34) by being disposed on one side of a door(30). A holder(50) installed inside a base unit(20) receives an elastic force in a direction that a locking part(52) is inserted into the locking slot(34). An open button(40) is exposed to an outer side of the base unit(20), and inserts/ejects the locking part(52) into/from the locking slot(34) by being engaged with the holder(50). A holder bracket(60) comprises guide legs(63,63') for setting the holder(50) within the base unit(20), supporting the open button(40) while supplying a restoring force, and guiding a movement of the holder(50).
