PURPOSE: A built-in antenna device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing procedures for a carrier and a radiator, and prevent contact defects between the carrier and the radiator. CONSTITUTION: A built-in antenna device comprises a carrier(31) coupled to one side surface of a main PCB equipped with a circuit for transmitting/receiving image information; and a radiator(32) which is injection molded to an outer surface of the carrier and directly connected to an antenna terminal portion of the main PCB. A method of manufacturing a built-in antenna device, comprises a step of forming a carrier having a pattern(31c) formed along a core of a mold by injecting a pattern forming material into the mold; a step of removing the core from the mold and injecting a plating material(32a) to the pattern of the carrier; and a step of extracting the carrier from the mold and plating the outer surface of the pattern with a conductive material(32b).
