PURPOSE: Provided is a robot, which observes the outdoor weather in real time and displays various information about the outdoor weather, and thus provides consumers with convenience and information favorable to the human life and health. CONSTITUTION: The robot capable of upright walking with two legs for the real time observation of the weather comprises an outer measuring unit(420) for measuring various information about the outdoor weather, and a robot for displaying the information measured by the outer measuring device(420) on an LCD module(320) in a room of a house. Particularly, the outer measuring unit(420) comprises a temperature sensor(180), wind speed sensor(200), light/darkness sensor(220) and a chemical sensor(240).
