PURPOSE: A panel integrated with an outer skin material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the appearance and the durability by injection-molding the panel with the outer skin material while manufacturing the hard panel, and to cut down manufacturing cost by reducing process and time. CONSTITUTION: An outer skin material(12) is integrally formed in the surface of a hard panel(11) used as an interior material of a vehicle. A connecting end(13) is extended in the edge of a core part(11a) of the hard panel and stepped with the core part. An insertion space part(15) is installed to the connecting end, and formed to be narrower than the thickness of the outer skin material. A rib(14) is integrally formed and extended into the hard panel, and the outer skin material is integrally combined with the hard panel by inserting the outer periphery of the outer skin material into the insertion space part in contacting to the core part of the hard panel.
