PURPOSE: Provided is a warm bathing apparatus to give equivalent bathing effect to the person to be felt the cold a lot in a satisfactory and safe manner. CONSTITUTION: The warm bathing apparatus includes a housing(10) with a warm bathing chamber(11), a liquid storing tank(30), a heater(40) for heating liquid particles to supply heated liquid particles, a mixing chamber(16) formed in the housing separate from the warm bathing chamber, and a supply port(18). The mixing chamber mixes the heated liquid particle with air. The supply port provides a mixture of the heated liquid particle and air to the warm bathing chamber. An air suction channel(13) is further provided to supply air within the warm bathing chamber to the mixing chamber. A suction member is further provided to suck air within the warm bathing chamber into the air suction channel.
