PURPOSE: A carbon polymer heater is provided to achieve improved stability of heating and cut off driving current by a partial abnormal heating. CONSTITUTION: A carbon polymer heater comprises a carbon polymer heater(10) including a linear carbon polymer(11), a first electrode arranged in a center of the linear carbon polymer, and a second electrode(13) wound along an outer surface of the linear carbon polymer; and an electric field noise shield and nylon thermistor(20) including the second electrode on the heater, a nylon layer(21) arranged along an outer surface of the second electrode, and a third electrode(23) wound along an outer surface of the nylon layer.
