TURBO FAN AND AIR CONDITIONER HAVING THE SAME FOR REDUCING NOISE BY SUPPRESSING TURBULENT FLOW GENERATED FROM OUTLET OF TURBO FAN

PURPOSE: A turbo fan and an air conditioner having the same are provided to reduce a noise by suppressing turbulent flow generation in an outlet of a turbo fan and to easily guide air exhausted from the turbo fan towards the exhausting direction of the turbo fan in order to improve heat exchange performance of an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling type air conditioner includes a body case(30) of a box type installed into a ceiling(20). A ceiling panel(40) is coupled to an open surface of the body case(30) and covers an opening(21) of the ceiling(20). A turbo fan(50) and a driving motor(31) for driving the turbo fan(50) are installed in the body case(30). A heat-exchager(33) is installed around the turbo fan(50). An air guide(55) is installed with the turbo fan(50) to guide air from the turbo fan(50) to inside of the body case(30) in order to prevent turbulent flow generation in the outlet of a turbo fan(50) by letting the exhausted air smoothly flow to the heat-exchanger(33).
