PURPOSE: Provided is an inline skate capable of being used as a footwear to allow receiving and exposing actions of a rotating bracket engaged with multiple roller to be performed in alternative manner, and thus to allow a wearer to use the skate as a footwear in a state that the skate is not used. CONSTITUTION: The inline skate capable of being used as footwear includes a roller receiving groove(10) formed at bottom face of a footwear, a brake portion(11) formed at a front face of the groove, a fixing bracket(20) having a first and second flange(21,22), a rotating bracket(30) engaging several roller with each other and having a front and rear face being pressed against the first and second flange, a circular first and second shaft hole into which a circular shaft pin is fitted, angled third and fourth shaft holes, a discharge spring(50) engaged with the circular shaft pin, a button(60) for controlling rotation of the rotating bracket, a circular shaft rod(61) for guiding the rotation of the rotating bracket, a return spring(62) for providing reaction force to return the pressed state of the button to an original state, and an angled locking shaft extending to allow the rotating bracket to rotate via the shaft rod.
