<p>PURPOSE:To achieve a stable coating in a coating shape with improved accuracy by preventing the coating shape failure of viscous fluid from being generated due to contamination of the nozzle part of a viscous fluid applicator. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle part 11 is buried to a nozzle cleaning part consisting of a brush part 12 and is moved up/down and left/right for eliminating contamination, the nozzle part 11 is inserted into a spiral pin 13 and at the same time contamination is removed by a sponge part 14 which is soaked with a volatile solvent medium, contamination is removed by a roll sponge part 15 which is soaked with a volatile solvent medium, and ultrasonic vibration is applied to a container part 16 with a volatile solvent medium 17 for eliminating contamination. Then, no coating is made while the nozzle part 11 is contaminated, thus stabilizing the coating state of viscous fluid.</p> |
