<p>PURPOSE:To determine the perpendicularity of a stationary drum with a stationary shaft with good accuracy and to improve productivity by fixing the stationary shaft once to a stationary member, then cutting the contact surface with the stationary drum and fixing the stationary shaft to the stationary drum. CONSTITUTION:The stationary member 12 is fixed by screwing, press fitting, adhering, shrinkage fitting, etc., to the bottom end of the stationary shaft. The end face 12-1 of the stationary member 12 is exactly machined on the basis of the stationary shaft 5, by which the perpendicularity of the end face 12-1 of the stationary member 12 with the stationary shaft 5 is finished with good accuracy. The stationary drum 1 is fixed by, for example, screwing, to the end face 12-1 of the stationary member 12. Then, the stationary shaft is fixed perpendicularly to the stationary drum. The perpendicularlty of the stationary drum with the stationary shaft is obtd. with the good accuracy in such a manner and the productivity of the rotary head device is improved.</p> |
