PURPOSE:To correct the relative displacement among side beams when vertical misconvergence is corrected in a multiple-electron beam cathode-ray tube. CONSTITUTION:A deflection device of a cathode-ray tube has a horizontal deflection coil wound into a saddle shape and a vertical deflection coil wound into a toroidal shape. Arc-shape cores 6a, 6b are provided closer to the side of an electron gun rather than to the vertical deflection coil, so that the cores can be moved to change gaps (x), (y) between the cores. |
