PURPOSE: A wavelength filter manufacturing method is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and to increase a mass productivity by forming a waveguide and a grid on high molecules at one time using a mold. CONSTITUTION: A wavelength filter manufacturing method includes following steps. A lower clad layer(210) and a core layer(220) made of high-molecules are formed on a substrate. A pattern is transferred on the core layer by pressing a mold(230) thereon. The high molecules are solidified. The mold is separated from the core layer. An upper clad layer(240) is formed on the core layer. A metal electrode(250) is formed on the upper clad layer.
