PURPOSE: A flux controller of a pipe is provided to effectively prevent the clog of a fluid passing opening by simply controlling the fluid flux in the pipe and quickly cleaning the fluid passing opening without dismantling. CONSTITUTION: A device housing is connected between fluid pipes to be cleared and separated. The device housing has a tightening device to isolate the complete separation during a clearance. A flux control member(70) is included inside the device housing with a control device(50) to be rotated when the tightening device is released. The flux control member has fluid passing openings having different diameters to control a fluid flux while passing the fluid with the pipes. Thereby, the clog of the fluid passing openings are prevented effectively.
