FIELD: measurement technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for calibrating flowmeters form hydraulically closed circuit consisting of units connected in series. Device has collecting tank, adjustable pump, receiver, part for housing flowmeters where the flowmeter is installed to be calibrated, static flow distributor, dynamic flow distributor being cinematically connected with drive. Dynamic flow distributor has two chambers. Device also has smaller and bigger weighing tanks installed on the weigher, three-way valve and two other valves. Three-way valve is installed in pipeline as between dynamic flow distributor and smaller weighing tank and dynamic flow distributor and collecting tank. Valves are installed in branches of pipeline that connects smaller and bigger weighing tanks with collecting tank. Static flow distributor is made in form of tank into which wall there are filling hole and two discharging holes. Filling hole is connected with first chamber of dynamic flow distributor and discharging hole is connected with second chamber. Continuous partition is installed inside tank. Partition is fixed on the bottom of the tank and has the height being shorter than tank's height. Partition is located between discharging holes. Dynamic flow distributor connected with drive can have two positions - in one position smaller tank is filled in, and in the other position --the bigger one. ^ EFFECT: improved precision of calibration. ^ 6 cl, 1 dwg |
