PURPOSE: To provide a Cu-based amorphous alloy composition which is more excellent in glass forming ability and has wide supercooled liquid region compared with a conventional alloy, and which is consisted of commercial metal elements only so that the alloy is utilized industrially and economically and commercialized more easily. CONSTITUTION: The Cu-based amorphous alloy composition is represented by the following chemical formula 1 : CuaNib(Zr1-xTx)c where a, b, and c are respectively 44 atom%<=a<=60 atom%, 1 atom%<=b<=20 atom%, 36 atom%<=a<=44 atom%, and x is 0.34<=x<=0.47, wherein a glass forming ability of the alloy composition is 1 mm or more of diameter, wherein a, b, c and x in the above chemical formula 1 respectively are 48 atom%<=a<=55 atom%, 6 atom%<=b<=10 atom%, 39 atom%<=a<=43 atom%, and 0.39<=x<=0.46, wherein a glass forming ability of the alloy composition is 4 mm or more of diameter, wherein an amorphous phase in the composition is 90 wt.% or more based on the total weight of the composition. |
