PURPOSE: A method for providing a voice announcement message through a mobile communication network is provided to announce the present state of a called subscriber to the second caller in case that the called subscriber receives a call connection request from the second caller while the called subscriber is executing a voice call with the first caller. CONSTITUTION: If a call connection request is generated from the second calling mobile terminal(14) while a called mobile terminal(10) is executing a voice call with the first calling mobile terminal(12), the called mobile terminal(10) first changes the present state with the first calling mobile terminal(12) into a call stand-by state. Then the called mobile terminal(10) accesses a voice announcement processing server(46) and appoints a voice message number. The voice announcement processing server(46) displays the contents of the voice announcement message corresponding to the appointed number on the LCD of the called mobile terminal(10). If the called mobile terminal(10) requests the voice announcement processing server(46) to transmit the appointed voice announcement message after confirming the contents, the voice announcement processing server(46) transmits the voice announcement message to the second calling mobile terminal(14).
