The process involves pre-defining injection cycles with an injection event for multiple fuel injectors (200-1 - 200-n). Actuators that are associated with the respective injectors are controlled to correspond with the predefined injection cycles. Values of electrical quantity that represent the performed control of actuators are measured and selected for the injectors. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a computer program for a control device to control multiple fuel injectors of an internal combustion engine (b) a control device to control multiple fuel injectors of an internal combustion engine.
