PURPOSE: A polyurethane resin composition is provided to improve general physical properties such as rebound resilience elasticity, tensile properties, tear strength, processability and abrasion resistance, and to adjust hardness conveniently, thereby being suitably used for wheels or other parts used in leisure or industrial fields such as inline skate shoes, outer sole of shoes, a mat and the like. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane resin composition useful as an inline skate wheel is produced by (a) synthesizing a prepolymer by mixing an isocyanate compound with a macroglycol selected from polycaprolactone diol(PCL), polytetramethylene glycol(PTMG) and a mixture thereof, and (b) forming a hardening agent by using at least one material selected from polytetramethylene glycol, 1,4-butane diol and a mixture thereof, and adding the hardening agent to the prepolymer.
