PURPOSE: A sliding apparatus in a sliding type mobile phone having a smooth sliding structure is provided to prevent a sliding part from being separated from a main part and to firmly maintain the connection state between the sliding part and the main part. CONSTITUTION: A sliding apparatus(300) in a sliding type mobile phone having a smooth sliding structure is composed of a fixing block(310), a pair of mobile rails(320), a sliding block(330), and a pair of torsion springs(340). The fixing block(310) is connected to a portion of the front of a main part. The mobile rails(320) are respectively fixed to both sides of the fixing block(310). The sliding block(330) performs sliding motion up and down along the mobile rails(320). The torsion springs(340) provide torsion when the sliding block(330) slides upward and downward.
