FIELD: bridge building, particularly joints between beams of monorail system. ^ SUBSTANCE: movement joint includes horizontal metal sheets secured to ends of upper beam belts and flushed with belts. Each metal sheet has extensions and depressions formed in railroad vehicle wheel contact area and displaced relative corresponding extensions and depressions of another metal sheet. Joint comprises vertical sheets connected to horizontal sheets and to beam side ends so that vertical beams flush with outer beam surfaces. Vertical sheet edges are spaced one relative another in railroad vehicle wheel contact area, located parallel one to another and extend at acute angle to horizon. ^ EFFECT: provision of smooth train movement in joint area, retaining railroad vehicle wheels in area of beam ends connection. ^ 6 cl, 6 dwg |
