A conjugated drawing textured yarn, having a good external appearance, a deep color effect and a smooth feeling, was prepared by confounding more than 2 kinds of undrawing yarn having a different phisical properties. A high oriented undrawing yarn was spinned in a velosity of 2,500-3,500 m/min, an orientation of 30-60 X 10-3, and a low oriented undrawing yarn was also spinned in a velosity of 1,100-2,000 m/min, an orientation of 6-23 X 10-3. Above 2 kinds of yarn were simultaneously mixed and drawed to give the title yarn.
