FIELD: organic chemistry, pesticides, agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing surface-active substance of the formula: (H-B)+A- wherein A- means formula: ^ ^ wherein each R1 means independently (C2-C4)-alkylene with direct or branched chain; n means a number from 1 to 50 inclusively; (H-B)+ means cation of the formula: ^ ^ wherein R2 is taken among group including hydrogen atom, (C1-C24)-alkyl and (C2-C24)-alkenyl-CH2; each R3 means independently (C2-C4)-alkylene with direct or branched chain; x means a number from 1 to 50, inclusively; y means a number from 0 to 50, inclusively. Method involves neutralizing at least one aromatic acid of the formula (2): ^ ^ using at least one alkoxylated amine base of the formula (3): ^ ^ wherein the prepared surface-active substance has pH value about from 3 to 9 in solution. Also, invention describes a composition based on surface-active substance, pesticide composition and method for protection of agricultural crops.
