PROCESS FOR PREPARING POLYESTER MIXIED YARN OF DIFFERENT SHRINGKAGE

Title mixed yarn was manufactured using only one process. A polyester polymer was spinned and oiled, and then a first yarn (drawing rate 1-6 %) was drawn between a first godet roller and a second godet roller, the second yarn (drawing rate of 5-10%) was drawn between the first godet roller and a third goder roller. The difference of the drawing ratio of first yarn and second yarn is 3-5 %. The first yarn and the second yarn was confounded and wound to give the title mixed yarn.
