FIELD: medicine, gynecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should perform exfusion of 450 ml blood in operated women at hemoglobin values being 80 g/l, not less right before the onset of operation. Simultaneously, one should compensate the amount of obtained blood in 2-3-fold volume with infusion solutions. The blood should be returned during operation. The present innovation provides autoblood application and possibility for rapid restoration of hemoglobin values in the present category of patients in postoperational period. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of prevention. ^ 1 ex |
