FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has lumbopelvic belt having borders provided with fasteners at their ends, rigid back part having two border extension members in the upper part and broad shoulder straps. Back extension members have protrusions above shoulders bent forward to assume horizontal position. Upper ends of the straps are attached to the extension members. Ribbon is attached to free ends of each strap. Vertical row of canals arranged near external borders of back extension members from the lower protrusion surface with some distance corresponding to various vertical sizes of the shoulder members. Ribbon lock is attached to the middle part of the back member. A ribbon is attached to a strap so that its beginning part is arranged in working position at the level of axillary cavity. Belt borders are made of inextensible soft fabric and the straps are manufactured from elastic flexible material. Loop portion of the fasteners is longer than the hook portion of ribbon fasteners on lateral external surfaces of the belt. ^ EFFECT: improved curative and preventive treatment quality. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg |
