HOME NETWORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, ESPECIALLY CONCERNED WITH EXECUTING DATA PROCESSING, CONVERSION, AND TRANSMISSION BETWEEN CLIENT DEVICES AND HOME APPLIANCES

PURPOSE: A home network management system is provided to offer messages defined with a regular format between a plurality of client devices and a master unit and messages defined with a regular format between the master unit and slave units. CONSTITUTION: A home network system(200), installed in a home master device, is controlled by the CPU of the home master device. The home network system(200) comprises a channel handling module(210), a transmission handling module(230), a service management module(240), and a connection handling module(270). The channel handling module(210) makes the first pattern packets transmitted and received between the home master device and home appliances. The transmission handling module(230) executes the conversion between the first pattern packets from the channel handling module(210) and the first pattern messages from the service management module(240). The service management module(240) executes the conversion between the first pattern messages from the transmission handling module(230) and the second pattern messages from the connection handling module(270). The connection handling module(270) executes the conversion between the second extended messages from client devices and the second pattern messages from the service management module(240).
