FIELD: metalworking industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with procedure of purification of lubrication-cooling liquid (LCL) in operations of deep grinding and may be used in metalworking industry. Installation contains: an inlet container of the initial LCL with a pouch and with a conveyer for removal of solid sediments (a drag); a container with one submersible drum-type vacuum filter (or more); slant elements of a separation unit made in the form of trays and located in the upper part of the installation with a possibility of the LCL flow out into a container with the drum-type filters; a unit of lubricant collection made in the form of a flotation device supplied with an ejector and a lubricant removing drum; a container for the purified LCL; pipelines and the shut-off hardware. The inlet branch-pipes of the trays are fused to a pressure pipeline of LCL supply from the pouch of collecting container. The drum-type filters, the flotation device and the container for purified LCL are in series connected by the pressure pipelines, with a capability to reduce productivity in direction of the process of purification. The overflow branch-pipes are installed with a capability to decrease LCL leveling direction to the flotation device, then - to the container with the drum-type filters and to the collection container. The technical result allows to raise a degree and fineness of LCL purification in operations of deep grinding and to arrange the compact placement of the installation. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to raise a degree and a fineness of LCL purification in operations of deep grinding and to arrange compact placement of the installation. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
