FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of dietary food for old people. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing first dinner meal concentrate by mixing dry fermentolysate and dry acid hydrolysate of processing wastes of fish, soya texturer, cabbage, tomato, flour of bean, onion, carrot, sorghum groats, edible salt, CO2-extracts of dill and celery, rape oil and preparation produced from Mortierella zychae microorganism biomass obtained by predetermined process; packaging resultant mixture. ^ EFFECT: increased content of readily digested calcium, phosphor and nutritive substances available in product and wider range of novel specific dietary products. |
