摘要 PURPOSE: A disk fabrication method of an optical information recording medium is provided to form fine concavo-convex patterns by using a sectional shape of the patterns with the use of a head mode recording function, so that a fabricated disk can have the fine concavo-convex patterns. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(101) of a recording disk(104) is made of glass, silicon or resin. A recording supplementary layer(102) is formed on the substrate(101) by a sputtering method or a spin-coat method. A heat sensitive material layer(103) is formed on the recording supplementary layer(102) to be adjacent to the recording supplementary layer(102). The heat sensitive material layer(103) is made of a state-changed material by exposure.
