PURPOSE: A system and a method for abacus learning using an electronic abacus and the network are provided to receive the learning of an expert lecturer in a remote place, perform the learning combined with various quizzes or games, and remotely estimate the abacus learning in real-time. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a main server(10), a customer terminal(20), and the network(100). The electronic abacus(25) converting operation of the abacus into a digital signal is connected to the customer terminal. The main server includes a member manager(110), a settlement manager(130), a learning manager(170), an estimation operator(140), a messenger manager(150), an Edu-talk manager(160), and a controller(120). The learning manager transceives/manages the data related to the abacus learning. The estimation operator displays one of the quiz, a test, and a problem for the abacus to the customer terminal, and discriminates a right answer by matching response data with right answer data.
