PURPOSE: A battery pack capable of being used as a pedometer and a momentum measurer is provided to use a mobile terminal as a pedometer and to measure and display the mobile terminal user's momentum and body fat using the number of steps counted through the pedometer. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack(100) capable of being used as a pedometer and a momentum measurer comprises an acceleration measurement part(110), a mobility measurement part(120), a step counter(130), a data input-output control part(150), and a main body interface part(180). The acceleration measurement part(110) detects a change in the movement of the battery pack and outputs an acceleration value for the detected change. The mobility measurement part(120) executes operation processing for the acceleration value and calculates the mobility of the battery pack(100). The step counter(130) counts the number of steps from the calculated mobility data. The data input-output control part(150) controls the output of step counting. The main body interface part(180) interfaces data between the data input-output control part(150) and a main body(200).
