FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, genetic engineering, immunology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes plasmid DNA pBMC-gag(A)mod. Plasmid comprises gene encoding the protein gag in human immunodeficiency virus type 1, subtype A. In nucleotides sequence of this gene adenine and/or thymine in codons with prevalence of adenine and/or thymine are replaced partially for guanine and/or cytosine. Plasmid provides high level of protein gag expression of human immunodeficiency virus in eucaryotic cells.
