PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display device is provided to significantly reduce a sheet resistance of a cathode electrode by forming two transmitting conductive oxide films on the cathode electrode and applying a metallic material between the oxide films. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence display device comprises a substrate(10) on which a first electrode for defining a pixel region is formed; an organic film layer including a light emitting layer formed on the substrate; and a second electrode including a first semi-transmitting metal layer formed all over the organic film layer, a first transmitting conductive oxide layer formed all over the first semi-transmitting metal layer, a second semi-transmitting metal layer formed all over the first transmitting conductive oxide layer, and a second transmitting conductive oxide layer formed all over the second semi-transmitting metal layer.
