PURPOSE: A foot massage bar, which considerably improves the blood circulation and the obstacle thereof by simultaneously massaging foot sole and calf, is provided to give a good effect on the health and to semi-permanently use the present bar. CONSTITUTION: The foot massage bar for simultaneously massaging the foot sole and the calf, includes: a support(4), having a safe and efficient height of 5 cm; two bars(1,2), having a constant thickness(e.g. 2.5cm and 7cm respectively); a magnet or a ceramic ball(3) for emitting a far infrared ray, attached to the bars(1,2), so as to massage the foot sole and the calf.
