PURPOSE: An automatic charging apparatus is provided to eliminate the need of replacing a battery of a keyless entry, by permitting the keyless entry to be automatically charged with power of a vehicle battery when a vehicle key is inserted into a key hole. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle key(10) has a keyless entry(11) formed integrally with one side of the vehicle key. Two charging terminals(14) are arranged at a portion of the vehicle key to be inserted into a key hole. The keyless entry is embedded with a battery(15) connected to the charging terminals so as to be charged with an electricity. Two power supply terminals having different polarities are arranged in the key hole, such that the power supply terminals contact the charging terminals and supply power of a vehicle battery.
