The starter has a centrifugal clutching with an inner clutching part (13) driven by torque of an electrical motor, and outer clutching part (12) coupled to a crankshaft. Rollers (14) contact with the outer part. The speed of the outer part enables to space the rollers by a centrifugal force of the inner part to create an oil film and is regulated to be higher than speed of the inner part when the motor is in a state without load. An independent claim is also included for a system of automatically stopping a motor when a stop condition is given to the motor.
