The device has a computer (18) in which a vocal synthesis software associated with a loudspeaker (14) is operated. The computer is connected to a graphics tablet (22) and a stylus (16) that captures data. An elastomer belt placed between the tablet and a deformable plastic sheet (28) permits to raise impression produced by the stylus on the sheet. Graphical software is used for guiding a user interface. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a process for digitizing of data or information (b) a computer program comprising instructions for executing steps of process for digitizing data or information.
