PURPOSE: A melt-base patterning for an electronic device is provided to allow for manufacture of monochrome and/or color display, semiconductor device, circuit, sensor, biological pattern, and biochip using organic and/or inorganic active or biological layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an electronic device having a pattern formed on a surface(10) by a deposition material(20), comprises a step of heating and applying a pressure to a deposition material for forming a melt; and a step of depositing the molten deposition material(21) to the surface, by using one of a phase-charge printing technique and a spray technique. The molten deposition material is solidified on the surface.
