FIELD: jointing of furniture. ^ SUBSTANCE: two-sided tie rod has the pair of fastening members with inclined combs engaging the answered inclined sides of the tie rod. The tie rod is made of a cylindrical rod provided with inclined sides and threaded openings at its ends. The fastening member is composed of bushing mounted at the end of the opening made in the cylindrical rod and jaw with screw passing through side of the bushing perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. The jaw has inclined sides and embraces the cylindrical rod in the zone of its inclined sides . The screw is screwed in the threaded opening in the cylindrical rod. The bushing and jaw are mounted for permitting mutual movement along the longitudinal axis if the cylindrical rod. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability of jointing. ^ 6 cl, 4 dwg |
