FIELD: biotechnology, genetic engineering, molecular biology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes unique oligonucleotides 5'-CGCGCTCTCCGCGTCGTG-3' (18 nucleotides) and 5'-CCGCGTGCGCTCCCGTC-3' (17 NUCLEOTIDES). Proposed oligonucleotides provide carrying out the identification of nucleic acid of virus of infectious rhinotracheitis and pustular vulvovaginitis (IRT-IPV) - herpes virus of type 1 in cattle (BHV1). Taken unique oligonucleotides don't give crossing reactions with related species and basing on a single-step procedure in carrying out the polymerase chain reaction allows detecting the presence or absence of DNA of IRT-IPV (BHV1) in sample rapidly and reliably.
