PURPOSE: A hybrid water-saving toilet bowl applying merits of a flush toilet and a squat toilet is provided to reduce water consumption by adjusting the amount of washing water and cleaning the toilet bowl with the little amount of water. CONSTITUTION: An upper part of a toilet pipe connected to a sewage discharge pipe(110) is opened and closed by a cap(80), and packing(70) is temporarily lifted up in flowing water to prevent overflow. A ball top(30) is connected to a loader(40) in the packing, and a shutoff rod(50) is connected to the loader. A rubber plug(60) is connected to the shutoff rod, and the ball top is moved up by flowing washing water in stepping on a pedal(10) and the rubber plug is opened. The inner wall of a toilet bowl(90) is cleaned, and water is streamed partially in front of the toilet through a passage(120). Water is discharged through the sewage discharge pipe, and water is shut off in releasing the pedal. The ball top is moved down, and the toilet bowl is charged with water by automatically closing the rubber plug.
