PURPOSE: A jib crane balancing device using the cargo weight is provided to remove the strain stress applied to a connection part of a mast or a jib so that improving safety and durability. CONSTITUTION: A jib crane balancing device using the cargo weight comprises a guide rail(10) integrally formed to a bottom of a weight jib(2) and inclined downward to a mast(1) in a predetermined angle; a balance weight(20) installed on the guide rail to slide and composed of weight goods installed to a trolley having a roller; a tension shock absorber of air pressure installed to an auxiliary jib(6); a pulling wire of which both ends are fixed to the balance weight and a piston rod of the tension shock absorber; a plurality of fixing guide rollers installed to the weight jib or a auxiliary jib to guide the movement of the pulling wire; and an actuating guide roller which is fixed to an end of the piston rod and on which a wire(W) pulling the cargo is hung.
