PURPOSE: An underground slab construction method in a top-down method is provided to cut down the construction cost, and to reduce the construction period by constructing the slab and the step with the top-down method. CONSTITUTION: A support frame(10) of a lower layer and a slab form(20) are manufactured, and a suspension member(40) is combined with the support frame. The ground stop line is decided, and the ground is excavated. A wire(70) of a wire dropping unit(60) is combined with the suspension member, and the support frame and the slab form are placed on the ground by moving down the wire. The suspension member is drawn out of a tubular member(80), and a support frame fixing unit(30) is combined with the upper part of the concrete pouring finishing line. Concrete is poured and cured, and the tubular member and the support frame fixing unit are removed. The support frame and the form are removed by unwinding the wire.
