The device has an acquiring system for acquiring values from cards based on reading of bar code in the cards. A control system with keys permits players to interact with game during execution of computer programs in a central processing unit (CPU). A display screen displays game components e.g. score and configuration menu, and displays the entire game when the device is in player simulation mode. The central processing unit receives the computer programs from a game cartridge, and controls loading of game components and game on the display screen.
