FIELD: metallurgy, in particular alloy for deoxidation and doping of steel and cast iron. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes simultaneous smelting of steel batch and aluminum recrement in electric furnace at 900-14000C in carbon-containing reduced medium. Steel junk and/or iron dross with iron oxide content >=50 mass % is used as the batch, and aluminum content in aluminum recrement is >=10 mass %.
